Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Eunhong service (koreansaju.site, "the Service") operated by Haengwoon Hong Doctor ("the Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

"Service" means the website providing traditional almanac-based Saju (Four Pillars) calculation and AI-interpreted consultations based on it.

"Token" means the unit purchased to use one paid consultation (one question).

"User" means a member using the Service under these Terms.

These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law and will announce any changes within the Service.

Saju chart calculation is available without logging in.

AI-interpreted consultation with Eunhong is a paid feature requiring login and token balance. Chart calculation is performed by a traditional almanac engine; the AI only interprets the calculated result in response to your question.

The usage agreement is formed when a user logs in with a Google, Naver, or Kakao account.

One token is consumed per question. Tokens are purchased in packages defined by the Company at the price shown on the payment page.

Payments are processed via Groble (domestic) or PayPal/PortOne (international); the Company does not directly collect payment method details.

Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

The Company works to provide a stable Service and protects user data in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.

Users must not misuse another person's account, use the Service for unlawful purposes, or copy or distribute Service content without authorization.

The Company may restrict Service use, after notice, if a user violates these Terms or interferes with Service operation.

Saju readings provided by this Service are for self-reflection and entertainment, not medical, legal, or financial advice. The Company is not liable for decisions users make, or their outcomes, based on a reading.

Copyright in the Eunhong character and all Service content and UI belongs to the Company. Users may not commercially exploit it without the Company's prior consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the court of jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
