Privacy Policy

Haengwoon Hong Doctor ("the Company") operates the Eunhong service (koreansaju.site, "the Service") and takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what we collect and how we use and retain it.
1. Information We Collect
On sign-up and login: we receive your email address, name, and profile photo from the login provider you choose (Google, or Naver/Kakao for the Korean service).
During a consultation: your birth date, birth hour, and gender are used only transiently to calculate your chart and are not stored in our database. To provide your consultation history on the My Page screen, the text of your questions and answers is kept for your most recent 5 readings; anything beyond that is deleted automatically.
On payment: purchasing tokens generates a payment email, amount, and product record. We do not collect or store card details directly; these are handled by our payment processors.
Standard access logs and visit statistics may be generated automatically while you use the Service.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
Identifying members and maintaining login sessions, providing Saju calculation and AI-interpreted consultations, managing token purchase/consumption records, processing payments and refunds, providing consultation history on My Page, preventing abuse, and responding to inquiries.
3. Retention Period
Personal information is destroyed without delay upon account deletion, except where Korean law (e.g. the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) requires payment and transaction records to be retained for 5 years.
Consultation history (questions/answers) is kept for only the most recent 5 readings; older entries are deleted automatically.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not share your personal information externally as a rule. The minimum information needed for payment processing (email, amount) is shared with our payment processors (Groble, PayPal/PortOne).
5. Data Processing Entrusted to Third Parties
Login authentication: the provider you choose (Google, Naver, Kakao)
Database hosting: Supabase
AI reading generation: Anthropic. Your question and calculated chart are sent to generate a reading; under Anthropic's commercial API terms this data is not separately stored or used to train models.
Payment processing: Groble, PayPal/PortOne
6. Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information at any time via the contact address below.
7. Destruction Procedure
Personal information is destroyed without delay once its retention period ends or its processing purpose is fulfilled, using methods that prevent recovery for electronic files.
